What are Programs?
Programs are sets of classes designed around a specific purpose or theme. We have programs for total beginners, as well as for more advanced yoga students and teachers. You will also find meditation, Pranayama, Mindfulness, Ayurveda and Yoga Nidra programs.
Programs include challenges where we encourage you to practice regularly often with a mix of teachers and styles. Other programs will be led by one teacher and will be a deep dive into a specific yoga theme.
We have a huge variety of programs to follow on different aspects of yoga and meditation. Each one gives you an opportunity to improve your yoga practice and learn more with accompanying articles and tips.
Every couple of months we feature a new guided program. These have a specific start date so that our EkhartYoga community can take classes together on the same day. Look out for news about new programs on your homepage, in the newsletters and on our social media channels.
